    Hello!

If you were teaching Nutrition 101 tomorrow what book would you recommend for your students? I have been listening to you for a few days and I am impressed with what your listeners know. I see that you have some book recommendations on the site, but I’m looking for something more basic.

    Thanks so much,
    Regina
